On 24 and 25 November at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland, a delegation from YASA has participated to the Ninth session of the Forum on Minority Issues on “Minorities in situations of humanitarian crises”.
Mrs. Evin Berky – Representative of YASA have given a statement about the situation of the Kurds in Syria. The ninth session of the Forum on Minority issues reflected on the specific needs and disproportionate impacts on minorities during the periods of humanitarian crisis such as conflicts, disasters and pandemics.
